Villa Market JP Co., Ltd. (“Company”) operates a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system installed within its buildings, premises, and other related areas for the purposes of preventing harm to life and property and deterring unlawful acts that may occur within the Company’s premises, as well as for compliance with applicable laws. The Company may use and disclose personal data captured by CCTV to persons or authorities having legal authority to process such data, which is exempted under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), Section 24(5), Section 26(3), and Section 26(5)(c).

This CCTV Policy forms part of the Company’s Personal Data Protection Policy to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) and other related regulations.

1. Legal Basis

1.1 Necessity for the legitimate interests of the Company or other persons, provided that such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights to personal data protection.
1.2 Necessity for compliance with applicable laws.
1.3 Necessity for compliance with relevant requirements and/or standards.

2. Data Retention Period

บริษัท วิลล่า มาร์เก็ท เจพี จำกัด (ซึ่งต่อไปในประกาศนี้ เรียกว่า “บริษัท”) กำลังดำเนินการใช้กล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) ซึ่งติดตั้งอยู่บริเวณอาคาร สถานที่ ส่วนควบอื่น ๆ ของบริษัท เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการป้องกันเหตุอันตรายต่อชีวิตและทรัพย์สิน และการกระทำผิดกฎหมายอันอาจเกิดขึ้นในบริเวณที่ทำการของบริษัท รวมทั้งการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งบริษัทอาจมีการใช้ และเผยแพร่ข้อมูลให้กับบุคคลหรือหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจตามกฎหมายในการใช้ข้อมูลดังกล่าว ซึ่งได้รับการยกเว้นใน กฎหมายคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ปี พ.ศ. 2562 ในมาตรา 24 (5) และมาตรา 26 (3) และ 26 (5) (ค)
